1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, sales, and exports of genuine auto spare parts by EASTERN AUTO L.L.C-FZ (“Eastern Auto”, “we”, “us”), headquartered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. By placing an order or requesting a quotation, you accept these terms in full.

Eastern Auto serves international B2B clients only — wholesalers, distributors, and retail chains. We do not sell to individual retail consumers.

2. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation.

Orders are confirmed only upon our written acceptance (proforma invoice) and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed advance payment. Minimum order quantities may apply to wholesale pricing tiers.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in the currency and Incoterms (e.g. FOB Jebel Ali, CIF destination port) stated on the quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices exclude destination duties, taxes, and clearance charges.

Payment terms are as stated on the proforma invoice. Goods remain the property of Eastern Auto until payment has been received in full.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Export Documentation

We arrange export packing, container consolidation, and complete export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading or airway bill as applicable).

Delivery dates are good-faith estimates. Eastern Auto is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.

5. Product Authenticity, Inspection & Claims

All parts supplied are genuine parts for Japanese and Korean vehicle brands, sourced through authorized channels and quality-checked before dispatch.

The buyer must inspect goods promptly on arrival. Claims for shortages, incorrect items, or transit damage must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery, supported by photographs and packing documentation. Approved claims will be settled by replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted only with our prior written authorization. Parts must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice reference. Electrical components and specially procured items are non-returnable unless defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eastern Auto’s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or vehicle downtime.

8. Trademarks

Vehicle brand names and logos (including Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Hyundai, Kia, and Mobis) are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used on this website solely to identify the parts we supply. Eastern Auto is an independent exporter and is not affiliated with these manufacturers.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, U.A.E.
